What if I want to order from two different brewers? Your order will arrive in two different packages. Orders are shipped directly from the brewery.
If I place an order including beers from more than one brewery, will I have to pay separate delivery charges for each package? Yes. Orders are shipped directly from the brewer, which means delivery charges will apply to each package.
Will my purchase be transferred via cooled shipping? This is on a case by case basis. If the brewer has indicated that cooled shipping is required, the customer will also be required to use it. If you would like to use cooled shipping, but the brewer does not offer the service, you will need to select this option at the time of checkout.
How do I know when a new product has been added to the website? When you sign up for an account with Craft Beer Trader, choose to “receive information from CBT”. Alternatively, on the “My Account” page, users have the option to opt in to this service.
What if my product is missing or damaged? Returns will not be accepted. If items are broken upon arrival, a replacement item will be provided.
What if I want to cancel my order? Once an order has been processed (order has been received and payment has been confirmed), no cancellations are available.
If I have a question about the product, who should I contact? Please contact us using the “Contact Us” form on our website. We will answer your question to the best of our ability. If we cannot answer your question, we will contact the brewer directly. We recommend any further questions be directed to the brewer.
